Queensland Invites Bloggers to Promote Tourism

A group of ten influential bloggers from around the world have been invited to Brisbane for a five day adventure around Queensland, exploring some of the most spectacular sights in the area.

The ‘Queensland Blogger Correspondents’ won out over 767 other applicants for the honour, and will be escorted by Australia’s number one blogger, Darren Rowse. The correspondents will meet animals native to Australia, as well as snorkel at the Great Barrier Reef.

Tate Modern Oil Tanks to Promote Live Art

The underground oil tanks at the Tate Modern in London are set to become the first permanent gallery dedicated to live art.

To celebrate the creation of the new space, the gallery will host a 15-week arts festival this summer, showcasing live contemporary art similar to that which will be performed once the Tanks open.

A new museum devoted to the life and work of world renowned carmaker Enzo Ferrari has opened an hour outside of Bologna in Modena.

Built in Ferrari’s hometown, the Museo Casa Enzo Ferrari gives visitors a glimpse into the carmaker’s childhood and adult life – his original home has been preserved, along with his workshop, and built next to the site is an expansive gallery.
